been a while since I’ve posted on here due to work commitments. I had my adult circumcision back in mid June. Had my check up mid august and all was well. I did mention to my consultant that I am struggling to climax but he said to perceiver.
It’s becoming a bit of a strain on me now as I’m unable to climax unless I create “friction” by dry jumping (sorry!) the bed. I’ve tried everything and I’ve only once managed to climax via the traditional method. It’s starting to become a mind block for me so any help or guidance is gratefully appreciated

got done back in November 2020 and ive really struggled too, its so much harder than pre cut, even with lube i find it a proper effort and many a time, just given up, easiest ive found is a combination of the wifes vibrator on the underside of the glans or a fleshlight but even then it can sometimes be frustrating. if you find an answer how to fix this id love to know.
I’m around 3 months from circ. High n tight style everything has healed great. I too have trouble climaxing from sex, can climax fine with jerking off, maybe slightly longer. Sex still feels great just can’t climax. … any words of wisdom here from those that have over come this ? (No pun intended )
I’m not cut. But have you tried extra perineal or prostate stimulation. I can orgasm “hands free” this way.
WOW- well what I have seen a lot of in my years of reading on the difference in sexual response between cut and uncut Males is the Cut Males need to get a lot more stimulation going to get to orgasm than a cut male. A lot of readings in the media mags make this look like it's better to be cut because you can go longer cut but then these same public publications do not tell the whole story in that sexual methods of movement are totally different too and that an uncut male can go for hours too, they just take their time. The stimulation of all the skin, the 4skins ability to NOT dredge out all the lubing of his pre-ejaculate and hers as well can make for a very enjoyable evening. Uncut Males that get cut as adults for whatever reason use the "uncut" way of having sex and should think they are now in the CUT REALM where when sensation is dulled from a now 24/7 exposed glan and the natural occurrence of de-sensitization. I had a shoulder replacement in 2020 and my shoulder is still perfectly NUMB, and my doctor told me that not only was I put under a general, but he also initiated a NERVE BLOCK to help with the pain after the operation for the following weeks, but not YEARS! He's sweating it out right now! But "this doctor" did not take into effect that MSers, (Multiple Sclerosis folks) can hold on to anesthesia/NERVE BLOCKS for a very long time and it also takes nerves for "us" to heal and regain feeling- HIS BAD. So Males that are not getting the THRILL of sex after these nerves filled procedures below the belt without an act of God may want to find out just what was used and how they were numbed-up. (you know Veterinarians do not just ask if your pet is allergic to anesthesia, they test before the procedure is done,..., why in the Human realm of medicine they do not do that as well before every procedure for US I have no idea.) If a nerve block was done- well it is what it is and only time will help- but you might have held on to a bit of the anesthesia and/or the block if that was used as well. Either way a Uro- second opinion, (Neurologist maybe too!), if it is that worrisome would be prudent. Your doctor may even be a good friend,.., but it is your dick so decide who you are rooting for! -S
Invite anyone to find out the Longterm negative effects of Anesthesia, man the mainstream medical folk do not want to touch this. BUT Leave it to the companies making the $$$$ helping with this to actually give a direct response and actually, this site is very good in explaining it. I might have to look into these folks for my shoulder but THINK, ALL the nerves in your penis, I mean the whole game sexually is NERVES. You have removed nerves and those left behind have to deal with the trauma of the procedure. There's a lot of healing there to do. Best to all going through this-S
As you've said, it's become a mind block. I also had this so stopped trying until I was so horny anything would have made me cum. End of mind block. What I do know is that the old grip-of-death doesn't work anymore. My most sensitive bit now is the remaining inner skin and the rim of the glans, a finger and thumb with lube up and down that area works for me. Keep trying different techniques, once you've broken the mental barrier you'll be fine. There are over a billion circumcised men on the planet and all the ones I know have no problem jerking off whatsoever - it's in the mind I promise you. Good luck.
it’s different and you have to learn new techniques… and when you do I found orgasm much more intense than before!! Cross between a volcano and a fountain was my first experience!!
Two strong techniques I’d suggest… and lots of lube!!
1. Lube up your glans - I use coconut oil and gently massage the head… generally ignore your shaft (which I know we’re not use to!) and take your time!! Slowly is what you need!! As you get very aroused use a thumb and forefinger grip round the very well lubed head and you can use more or a “traditional” motion BUT just the head and where it meets the shaft! Maybe use your other hand to strike the shaft lightly or play with your balls or whatever turns you on!! But this focusing on the head technique will work for sure and get you past the mental block!
2. Slower - and less intense! I can now cum just by a light one finger massage if what’s left of my frenulum. Lube or wet finger is all you need. Takes a while. Is really nice way to cum but nowhere near as intense as above for me! But good to have some variety right! 😜
