Been struggling with Phimosis and cant get an erection
Hey Man, can you retract your foreskin at all. if you can when you are flaccid you could try some of the stretching exercises they can take some time to work.
you should consult with your doctor they may give you some steroid cream which would help with the stretching and advise you on what you should do you may however need a circumcision in the end.
I can retract it when its flaccid and it does feel weird and abnormal but anymore than that it then become extremely uncomfortable for me and painful
OK Man that's good at least you can wash and keep everything clean that is important to. I think maybe it's time you visited your doctor they will give you the proper advice or where you should go from here. they see this kind of thing every day so don't be worried or embarrassed. the fact that it is causing you pain and is uncomfortable could be causing you to be anxious and have anxiety this could be causing you to not have your full erections. Have a chat with your doctor Man and don't worry relax. this can be sorted whichever way you decide to go.
Agree with MrMac on all above, about erection I would put that down to anxiety & stress n nerves for first sexual encounter, if you can get erection when masturbating I would guess it isn’t a physical issue you have, can you retract foreskin when masturbating?
I cant even get an erection when I try master bait now a days It maybe stress and anxiety but I've had many sexual encounters before hand
Talk with your GP and see what they say. They can refer you to specialists, like a Urologist. A second opinion is good too, if you're considering getting circumcised. Phimosis which it seems like you have, can ruin your sex life. I tried topical steroids and stretching. It just made things worse. A circumcision took care of the problem, and now the sex is awesome, and my partner loves it.
I would, but you really need to talk with your GP as soon as possible. Don't worry about the penis getting smaller. All you will lose it the skin that bunches up at the base, exactly where you don't want it. Any loss in length, will eventually come back, probably in just a few months. Usually there isn't any, and if there is, it's not permanent. The penis just needs to readjust to the circumcision. For me, everything improved, including more intense and longer lasting orgasms. I love it, and would never go back. Many other guys feel the same way. There are no guarantee's, but in your situation it seems well worth it, to at least consider getting circumcised. Mention these concerns to your GP and Urologist.
Circumcision will solve this, will take time to recover but a good decision
I had non-retracting foreskin for years. You can have sex, only a little of my head poke through when I was younger. I’ve just got circumcised now aged 38, phimosis has got to the point where I couldn’t even pee, so def don’t leave it that long!
