Uncircumcised - Dry glans and foreskin

hi guys. I am uncircumcised 28 year old male.

I always had troubles with very dry glans and foreskin, i also have excessive smegma build up underneath my foreskin.

I wash it everyday and there’s always smegma on it, if I don’t wash it for more than 24 hours, there is ton of it.

When i retract my foreskin, it’s never smooth, it’s always sticky, like peeling of a sticker from glass. That means my foreskin and penis head is very dry.

I also noticed when i have vaginal or oral sex, my penis gets dry after 10-15 seconds when i “pull it out” to change positions or whatever. I don’t think that’s normal.

What can i do about it? What cream is safe to use daily after showers for moisturize? Is there even such a thing.

I was hoping i can just something off Amazon and put it on daily, and hopefully it can help me

The dryness might be caused by your body wash or soap. I have the same issue if I used the soap with high percentage alcohol. it makes my glans dry, itchy, and feel uncomfortable. I named that condition as "too clean"! lol. You should recognize what type of soap you are using. Warm water only is my recommendation for you if your little you is so sensitive. I pull my foreskin back when I pee and use toilet paper to clean every drops, make sure it is totally dry before putting back, would help the smell a lot. My advice is when you keep your penis dry and clean, it will smell...good!
