Red flat spots on head of the penis

Hi,

It’s been more than 4 months now I do have two red flat spots on the head of my penis.

They do not hurt or itchy no symptoms at all.They turn to be more visible after masturbasion.

I ve been to my Gp , he advised me to do a STD test which I did and it was clean.

anybody has any idea what these could be ?
