I got circumcised a while ago and just started using bio oil on the scar line but noticed my penis head was looking kinda dry so I put some on that too, is that sustainable and do you guys think it is something I should be doing? Would love to hear some feedback

I used Vitamin E cream on the scar line up to about six months as it looked ugly to me, then after completely healed didn't bother to.
