It is totally natural to be constipated with all the pain medicines. I got circumcised last Wednesday and also had similar problem of getting constipated. I couldn’t poop the first day after surgery so it was very important for me to to have some natural laxatives in my meal. I’m not sure about your stitches and whether you’re circumcision got ruined, it’s hard to say anything without seeing a picture hopefully nothing serious. Just wanted to share something which has been helping me a lot is to eat a lot of papaya and helps me not put any extra pressure while pooping. Hope the recovery goes well for you.
As rafan said - normal. Eat sensibly, maybe take some laxative if a problem.
Re the stitches… not uncommon to lose the odd one it seems from other comments. I only lost one - which was from overnight boners around day 5!!
Good luck buddy!
Constipation happens if the doctor uses and prescribed certain pain killers. However if the surgery is done properly and the wound is securely bandaged etc one doesn’t need more than Tylenol to take care of some pain.
But you can take more fiber in your diet and drink more water to hydrate and avoid the constipatipn.
WRT the bleeding - if it’s a few drops don’t worry about it. I know it will be hard for you not to worry and think about it… but it will be okay. The blood will coagulate and heal and you will be fine. Sometimes sutures pop early. But if that suture is still intact and only your scar got a little stretched then don’t stress over it. Such things happen and it will heal.
