Sutures after 23 days of circumcision

i had circumcision 23 days ago, also surgery for frenulum was done. Doctor said he is using dissolvable stiches,but in frenulum are now i see some purple bluish thread like thing in scab which i zoomed in with camera and checked. any suggestions on is this purple thread like thing stich, if so why is it outside,if it was supposed to dissolve?s

Looks like you still have a couple of stitches. After 23 days, they need to come out. Either see your doctor or remove them yourself (or get someone to do it for you) with sterilised nail scissors and tweezers.

I saw the doctor today he said they will fall on own, dont remove

At this point the skin is mended together and the stitches should come out. If not you will have “railroad tracks” along the incision line.

Now what? I have 8-10 stiches should i remove or leave them to fall?..i saw my doctor today he said they will fall on own

Obviously you should listen to your doctor. However if the stitches stay in too long you will have railroad tracks along the incision line.
