Post-circumcision blood blister...?

Hi all so an update - after my recent circumcision (01.06) things are finally settling down with sensitivity and now I urinate normally and should have no infections.

However, last week,I randomly developed this attached blood-red spot/blister thing. The doctor had a look and told me to take another week off work to rest and not move. I think he thought it would calm down and heal naturally. This has not happened.

Yesterday, I returned to work and now it seems a bit bigger, presumably because of the walking, movement and friction etc.

Has anyone else had these? Or knows what exactly they are? Knows an appropriate treatment? Please ignore the chalky residue - that is Sudocrem - desperate times!😅

Thanks
