Sensitive even after 8 months post op

Hi everyone ,

I got circumcision 8 months ago in October 2021 my healing and everything was great i recovered in just 14 days and it is perfect in health and size but my only issue is head sensitivity it is still sensitive even i can touch it walk with it or do any work like running or anything but whenever i get into s@x it feels painful and sensitive give any tips for it
