Scrotum Injury

Hello everyone, Recently I scratched my scrotum with my nails while sleeping that creating a small red color lump on my scrotum (right side). I poked it, leading to a loss of 4 to 5 drops of blood. After that, the wound started to heal. within a few days after this happened, I got hit on scrotum that caused bearable pain. And I went to consult a urologist, who examined it physically and took an ultrasound scan where everything seems fine except a subcentimetric cyst on the left epididymis. In the end, Doctor said everything is normal and gave me a pain killer to relieve the pain.

But the problem is it's been 5 days since my first visit to the doctor and my right side testis hangs lower than the left one by approximately 25mm than before, I can observe the same while retraction of the scrotum, and one more thing is right side scrotum skin feels thinner than the left side. Is it due to the loss of blood and I have pain in the wound area when I touch them.

Please kindly reply.

if it is due to loss of blood then how long does it take for the scrotum to return to its original position?
