i got circumcised (tight circumcision) 9 days ago, i understand the wound is still swollen and healing but i’ve lost about an inch in length and my scrotum is attached to the shaft of my penis. My pubic skin has been pulled into the shaft masking more of its length. is this something that anyone else has experienced? will this go away?

circumcision causes webbing?
I had my circumcision 3 months ago. Wound has healed, but now waiting for lumps and bumps around the scar to resolve and scar is still a bit tight on the left side when erect. My scrotum was also tight and pulled up the shaft (right ball was moving into my groin a few times a day, uncomfortable and annoying). I started ball stretching, which has made a significant difference. Balls are now hanging similar to how they were before the surgery. I started with a 1 inch silicone stretcher and moved to 2 inch after a month - using Rosehip Oil to promote skin elasticity. I hope this helps.
Hi Johnjohn I had mine done 4 weeks ago and I also have lost a good 2 inches in length also very painful with erections at night sometimes splitting the scar. Steeping my manhood in salt water to help it heal.
I have been assured by many that it will go back to normal around the 10 weeks mark but I’m still very doubtful .
This seems to be a very common concern we can only wait and see but God willing it does get back to normal once the healing process is over.
Have you regained your length?
I was cut as an infant. YES, scrotal webbing is common. There's a website (Circumcision Harm dot org) that covers this. You might want to check out the Foreskin Restoration Reddit forum.
if it’s relatively minimal and doesn’t cause pain is it a problem?
For me, it sometimes causes my testes to get pushed up into my inguinal canal. When that happens I have to stop sexual activity until they go back down, which often requires my erection to relax.
Also, the clitorophallus (the part inside the skin) gets restricted by the tight skin, which can cause it to bend. You ever attempt to bend yourself when you have an erection? The bending happens near the pubic bone. This can cause restrictions on the positions I can do.
So, ya, it IS a problem. And, I know I'm not the only person that gets these sorts of issues. Participate in foreskin restoration forums to hear more. And/or you can search "circumcision harm."
Curious on how it is doing now? Is the scrotum still attached to the shaft of the penis? Having the same issue, I had a circumcision done 3 weeks ago.
