Day 12 - Looks lime open stitches

Had my circumcision 12 days back Till day 5 everything looked as how doctor described it. On day 6 woke up in the morning with swelling on right side of the penis. With sleep erection and swelling, seems like stitches opened up and that area looks like an open wound now. Can’t see my doctor as she is busy and personal visits are cancelled. We has a phone conversation but she doesn’t seem this is out of normal. What you guys think? I am applying Neosporin and covering with soft cloth.

You are protecting it with Neosporin so will be preventing any infection. Do you have a review coming up with your surgeon?

I emailed her, waiting for her reply. She canceled my post op appointment last week due to Corona issue.

Had a phone conversation with my doctor. She said it is open stitches but it will heal by itself. Nothing much can be done. She asked me not to apply anything including Neosporin as that can slow down the healing. Still not convinced it is nothing :(.

Is that darker scabbed area that wound dehiscence? I think it will heal by 2nd intention. Make sure that the bandage you use won't rip off the new skin when you change it.

Few showers washing bit of sudocrem and bang you will be sorted not a thing to worry here its looking fine bit torn open but trust me it will be fine if you leave as is wash and bit sudo been here myself lad looking good result and bang tidy to show off lad enjoy asap
