Dressing after ZSR Circumcision

Its been 2 Days since my ZSR circumcision (with frenuloplasty) (due phimosis completely covering glans, non retractable). All going fine, normal mild swelling and mild bleeding around frenuloplasty stitches area (non dripping just red a bit in frenulum area), and urine going in all directions as multiple sprays (told that was normal for a while).

My question is, the initial bandage came off by itself and the gauze dressing keeps sliding off and is generally uncomfortable, so as long as I am able to endure the glans sensitivity against my shorts etc, may I just leave it as it is, as in no gauze dressing? Apart from the glans sensitivity there is absolutely no pain/discomfort etc.

It is recommended to do dressing for days till swelling subsides. This is for reducing oedema with pressure.You can search youtube guides on how to apply gauge at home.

Glans sensitivity will go away in few weeks. So that wont feel discomfort.

Within 6 weeks you will be fine. Good luck
