Hi guys, second post here, just come across this forum so and made sense to separate the ques out.

I went for have my leg looked at the other day (old injury) and the therapist massaged my legs and but I was on my front and although I didn't have an erection when I turned over to my horror there were drops of pre cum on my boxers..she didnt say a thing about them but was very embarrassing and I have to go back there...

Im so worried about getting a proper hard on in front of her, and for all I can do about it, properly cumming or something next time.

It’s probably more common than you think. I’ve certainly got erections at more than one massage before (male and female therapists) and it’s never really been mentioned. I’ve also leaked precum on to my belly and the therapist just massaged straight over it.

Rather than keeping your boxers on, why not go naked and ask them to drape you with a towel. Chances are the towel will be white and any precum won’t be visible.

I've never leaked precum without a hard on. This surprises me.

I leak if I’ve got a semi. A little bit only - not like when I’m fully hard.

That's happened to me too. Most therapists don't pay any heed, they know its not about them just physiological

I’ve had it happen during dermatology full body exams. It’s embarrassing but my doctors never say a word about it.

I'm a woman and have seen a number of male patients have the the same issue. I think nothing of it It's just physiological. I hope your old injury is feeling better.
