Hi, it looks to be healing fine for just 5 days. keep everything clean you could wash with some salted water in a small bowl this will help keep infection away. The bumpiness will go in time you don't have much swelling are bruising

It is looking really good for just 5 days, mine was still very swelled at that stage, but improved very quickly & was good at 14 days & all stitches out, some just came out, I removed the rest myself, washed it very carefully each day

Do you know around what time sensitivity dies down? I just got mine done two days ago and the sensitivity is really the only thing killing me.

So far I have only showered my body and letting the water going down there. Not showered directly on it.

Which technique should I use so the stitches dont get loose to fast?

Weak pressure on the shower and not taking a long time in the shower?

Will it affect the stitches?

Yes, I weak shower, do not spray directly onto it as of yet, carefully dry it, don't rub it, just damp it with soft towel, the stitches will gradually become loose & fall out, mine became very itching at 8 days, but healing was good, so I removed half of them one day & the rest the following day, after that healing of the whole scar line was just a few days.

I stayed naked for first 8 days to allow air to get to the area & I slept on my back as much as possible, after that I wore tight boxers for next few weeks to get use to the head being exposed.

Philip23 your cock looks exactly like mine did there, I had my op done on 6th January. All I've been doing is half a cup (average size cup) of salt in a bath twice a day and patting dry with some medical gauze and applying a little film of vaseline all over and a little bit of pure cocoanut oil all over to and my healing has increased dramatically compared to a couple of days after op, Hope this helps and good luck too dude 🤝

Yeah mine looks that way as well, I’m on day 4. The top of mine is more swollen on one side. The bottom where the frenulum is looks crazy but I’m hoping the stitches will fall off eventually and it will look normal again. I see your post was a while ago, how is everything looking now?

I just got mine 5 days ago and looks pretty similar with a lil more bruising but where my frenulum is too is crazyyyyy swollen as well. I see you replied 18 days ago how is it looking now?

Yo! It’s day 5 for me too and mine is still swollen but it’s getting better , a few hours ago I noticed some yellow thick liquid around the incision , is it normal? Everything else is fine , I’m waiting for the swelling to heal and the dead skin to fall off (Doctor used a different circumcision technique) , I await your reply!

Honestly mines is 10 days in still looks terrible, I went to get checked again though and they said its normal though for it to get much worse before it gets better, the yellow stuff sounds normal I had something that sounds similar around the incision where the frenulum used to be. I rinsed it for the first time yesterday and it went well felt relieving. Just give it time and change your bandage every 48 hours, put some neosporin im assuming you should be fine as long as your on top of your antibiotics. Mines just started to stop getting worse but its not as tender so i know thats good.

Yup it will. Looks like surgeon didn’t leave any inner foreskin like mine. Just just sutured outer foreskin to the rim of the glans. Did he keep your frenulum (banjo string)?

Just saw your photos. Your cut looks exactly like mine close to the glan with no inner skin remaining. I see they kept your frenulum too? The stitches look much better than mine at the time. I think yours will heal and look great. Give it time.

Hey all. Just had mine done as I had bxo and was getting cuts so bad skin be taken off and foreskin being stiched to under helmet. Only day 3 after but wondered if anyone knows if you can Vaseline as it’s so sore rubing on underwear? Any tips on how to stop it rubbing post op?
