I was fooling around yesterday and decided to fasten a belt around my pelvis so I could hold my semi-erect penis in place while thrusting the air. This means my hog was forced to point towards the ground at all times even when fully erect and subjected to pretty sudden movements in that position. I did this for around 20 minutes three times that day. As a result I seem to have stretched my penile suspensive ligament as erections have become much weaker and less frequent with my penis often pointing slightly downwards and maximum erect length has gone down by a half-inch. No morning wood either. If I do get erect my penis doesn't offer much resistance when I try to force it downwards. There isn't much pain or discomfort (mostly when I press that area pretty hard) but I still feel some every now and then. Aside from praying about it, is there a way to ensure a full recovery without surgery? From what I understand these ligaments can heal themselves but not as quickly as thoroughly as more vascularized tissues. While I don't mind taking a time out for a few weeks, I don't want be sexually infirm for the rest of my life either.

If I do have a problem with my ligament how long can I wait before seeing a doctor? I'll be traveling over the next few days so going to the clinic before Wednesday is out of the question.
Without an examination it’s impossible to make an evaluation. It’s best to see a doctor and get checked.
You can't break your penis as it doesn't have a bone in it, despite it being called a boner! You may have bruised it or damaged some ligaments. I also have to ask though why you were doing what you were doing!
