Good day all, after reading these posts I decided to visit a specialist Urologist and confirm that my type 2 diabetes caused the Phimosis. Only took me 4 years to have the strength to get it confirm after reading this forum. My biggest mistake is not shaving the pubic hair and some of the hair got trapped in the dressing. Lesson to be shared. Question how did you guys remove the dressing and ongoing cleaning method to recommend? Thanks, from Brisbane Australia
