Ok so basically i masterbated 4 days after circumcision and haven’t stopped, every other day i would have a shower and let water run on it not directly splash on it after and wait next day. I couldn’t clean it today and im worried that it might ruin my recovery. Whats worse is that its starting to smell fishy and i still cant use paper towels to wipe the semen off due to it being slightly sensitive. Someone help im getting more and more worried for my recovery.

You should not have masturbated that soon following your surgery with your wound not yet healed. You may have damaged the stitches and wound. It also sounds as if you have got an infection. You need to get examined immediately to assess the damage.

You should tell them yourself!! This is not something you hide! Doctors tell you specifically to NOT have any sexual activity (including masturbation) for 4-6 weeks! So you will need to tell them what you did so they can properly assess the situation. Good luck. Rest and DON'T masturbate.

It will take 4-6 weeks either way but you'll have some swelling around the incision area

i can’t imagine any kind of sexual activity right now. i was circumcised two days ago and am still recovering. no pain by the part where the frenulum was is very tender. follow your doctors orders!

I would suggest get an alcohol IP spray.... pull back the skin as much as possible and use the spray to clean out gland... pressure from the spray is strong but gentle enough to clean it well ... use a hairdryer to dry out the area and apply neosporin ointment...

Not masturbating will not heal an infection. You need to see a doctor or you could end up with a more serious problem. You also need to be honest about your situation.

I stop getting pain day 6 (I walk, sit, everything else normally from day 1, but up to day 6 I had painful erections). I was horny so bad like all the time. On day 11 (3 days ago) I was just sliding with my fingers on the top of my glans and I came in instant so hard. I cleaned myself and that was that. The important thing to mention is that I didn't touch the wound, I didn't move the skin up and down on my shaft, I just gently message glans. I'm good for another 11 days I think. I got lucky and I don't plan to do something too soon, but the relief, my god that was sooo needed. My doctor advised me sexual abstinence for 21 days. My penis looks fine, it's healing nicely, just a bit swelling is there still, I don't have any other problems, maybe just that I was used to sleep on my stomach, and now it's not comfortable anymore. Still, I am on day 14 now, I was extremely slow and careful, I can't imagine letting anyone near my penis for at least another month, but damn boy 4 days after circumcision is way too soon, I hope you sort this thing as soon as possible, fishy smell is usually sign of infection 😐
