I am a chronic worrier and I am concerned that I have caused permanent inflammation by masturbating just 4 weeks after circumcision revision

I had a circumcision 8 months ago aged 35 due to a painful penis as a result of chronic inflammation on the penis. Sadly too much swollen and irritated skin remained after the circumcision so I had a revision of the circumcision done recently. Four weeks after the circumcision revision I stupidly masturbated even though there was a little bit of pain because I couldn’t really contain my urges. Stupid thing to do. It caused some pain. Then I masturbated 6 weeks after the op and it wasn’t as painful. But I did it again that night. So that was twice in one night. Big mistake even though I used lubrication. I have had pain and inflammation for several days now. I’m a bit worried. I have an anxiety condition that makes me worry. So now that I’ve got this pain I’m thinking “Oh no, what if I’ve done permanent damage? What if the inflammation will always be there and I need another operation?” I guess I need someone to put my mind at ease!

At that stage after the op (I had to have mine redone and I'm a worrier too) no, you haven't caused permanent damage. Do go easy on him for a couple more weeks though then you can be rough AF

The foreskin (or what remains of the foreskin!!) is still red and a bit inflamed and it still gets painful after I have sexual contact such as masturbation. But it’s not as painful and it’s not as painful for long.

Give it a year and then start worrying.
