Penile bumps

I have got this on my penis week ago. And I squeezed it a white creamy substance came out of it. Its pain when touched can anyone tell me what is it.. will it recover itself or I need to take medication or its some matter??

Sounds like a sebaceous cyst. If it is, it should all settle down. If if doesn’t, see a doctor.

Yeah last night a pulp like substance came out of it I cleaned that with antiseptic. Now its very small. Just feels likw itchy pain when touched!!

I agree that it is probably a sebaceous cyst. If it is, then you don't need to do anything or take any medication. Sebaceous cysts are very common and they eventually disappear. Do not squeeze them as they could become inflamed and/or infected.

Yes, I've been cleaning with antiseptic and keeping the area clean twice a day. Last night i woke up and saw a bit amount pulp coming out of it I cleaned that with antiseptic and now it has gotten very very small just the thing is when it touched it feels like itchy.

There are just general everyday spots , Whiteheads and other small white bumps on the penis are common and usually harmless. White bumps on the penis may be pimples related to acne, pearly penile papules, or bumps called Fordyce spots.
