Inflamed testicle and ed

Hi,

In December 2019 I had oral sex and the next day I had all sorts of problems. Long story short I currently have erectile dysfunction, penis is flacid (Not the same), swollen testicle comes and goes throughout the day. It's not chylmedia or gonnoreha as I got tested multiple times. It is bacteria related but I have no idea what to do. Has anyone been through this? It's been over 1 year now.
