Did anyone have this ? I was a teen at the time and eventually went to see my GP . left it for a while (didn't have the balls , no pun intenended). I think I grew up aware of trying to hide erections and concious of my bulge so used to keep my legs crossed so probably didn't help. Anyway it did drop . I didn't need medical help but some guys might have/had the same thing.

True it's weird having a medical check up when they check your testicles and prostate, a bit intrusive but in a sexual situation it's ok! I worked in a HR job and the occupational health has some leaflets about men checking themselves out. Caused a few a laughs but I wanted to highlight men's possible cancers etc. One guy said I'll get my wife to check them out tonight. I said well good think of of it as part of foreplay.

You put a smile on my face. As long as you are happy, you don’t need any cosmetic surgery. And it’s great you can be positive and supportive. Same thing for circumcision. If you don’t medically need one, that’s a good thing. However if you have medical problems, that cannot be resolved, then circumcision was my only option and like you, I am happy and fine with it. One life and it does go fast.
Can happen, for those whose testicle(s) have not descended, there are cosmetic implants, same used for men with testicular cancer, recover & have implants. You should be fine. Lastly I would suggest a sperm count possibly, as it may not function. I did one as we were trying to have children. They found problem was spouse, but usually check man first as it is less invasive

Cosmetic implants are normally only offered when a cancerous testicle has been removed in an adult. Surgery for undescended testis is recommended before the baby is 12 months old for it to be viable, otherwise removal later during childhood may be required. Logically, pre-puberty isn’t the time to implant such a prosthetic.

It can, but as an elective cosmetic surgery. It isn’t something the UK’s NHS would offer for instance (except for the cancer cases and I understand many patients don’t bother).

Many things better in UK-routine circumcision stopped there I think around the ‘50’s. It’s a money maker here & still widely practiced. On the other hand, forgetting COVID-19 you can speak better to issues covered and wait time. It may change but last I checked it’s still high on list by parental choice-thank you for information and positive outlook

You're correct, non-medical circumcisions were deemed as unnecessary in the 1950s by the NHS, still available privately at cost.

I knew someone who's brother had a similar thing he had an inplant/replacement testicle it was in the 80's and he couldn't swim with it must have been a basic implant. It's a male thing feeling like a man. Probably not quite the same as less visible when a women has a mastectomy. But like most organs in pairs you can manage with one.

I’ve heard that the prosthetics aren’t very good, i.e. don’t match very well because they’re too round, wrong shape or wrong size etc. You’d think the manufacturers would have tried harder.

In days when swimming trunks (Speedos) were the norm I was always painfully self-conscious of how wonky or lopsided I thought my bulge looked. Thanks heavens beach shorts became fashionable!

I think it was like a hollow plastic ball so it would have caused pressure or pain under water. Different now. Don't know what they are made of and weight or if they attached them to the scrotum or body these days.

If you are happy as stated that’s all that matters. We have one body, many opt for plastic surgery to feel better about it. If they then are happy, that’s all that matters to them. Be it any part of body, male or female. Forget what others think. I think you are there, I respect and support that.
I know, never met him he was quite young so it was a very primative testicle replacement. At that age it would affect your feelings about your masculinity I guess. Maybe he had another one replaced. I suppose at the end (no pun) of the day as long as you have a penis that's fine. I worked in a care home for a while and there was a guy who had to have his penis removed. Weird, it was like another naval. That must be devastating. There was a prog on tv recently about a man who had his surgically removed, quite brave of him to talk about it.
It's good guys can talk about this stuff now. We all like sex and want our bit's 'n' bobs to be ok. We are obssesed with our genitalia, just human nature I suppose. As long as we are safe and happy in what we do. Your c*ck is your best mate!

I never wanted children so I don't know if I'm fertile or not. Still the same semen at the end of the day so does the job. My nephew had mumps when he was young so he is infertile in fact it what caused him and his wife to get divorced. She said he wasn't a proper man and couldn't give her children. How cruel! Men have feelings too although we hide them a bit.

He didn't have the option of being a father so I guess that's not good not to be able to conceive.
I know. He doesn't talk about it I only know from his mother (my sister). It was all taboo then. Thankfully things have changed. Would you believe his ex wife wanted to go into nursing, the caring profession.
I had it and got it surgically corrected, the one that was undescended is half the size of the other. My ejaculatory volume has never been very impressive I suspect the smaller one of them doesn't do it's job that well.

Purely out of curiosity, how old were you?
Also, don’t forget the prostate is responsible for the the volume of ejaculate not the testes. Then for context, with one testicle you might be producing (say) 30 million sperm instead of 60 million per ejaculation, still impressive eh? As long as the quality is good, i.e. sperm have good motility and heads, then there shouldn’t be any issue with fertility.

Maybe, I've misled on this forum. I had an undescended tesicle as a teen GP said it will be ok in time with, it has but still feel like they should be bigger. I don't ejaculate as powerfull as I used to to but maybe an age thing 58. As long as you can have orgasms that's what matters.

Yeah, but as a shy teen it took a lot of courage to go to the GP. It did descend but didn't feel like I had the proper medical check. Men's health wasn't taken seriously in the 80's as now. Plus having your prostate ckecked, a bit intrusive but could save your life if there was a problem. They should have routine checks like women have smears and breast checks which I agree with. Men seem to be not as a priority.

From memory I was around nine years old and still at primary school. I'm not concerned about making babies just don't want to have to cheat on the money shots in my FetLife vids 
I was born with both testicles undescended - orhiopexy was done at age. 3 1/2 to bring them down into the scrotum.I’ve always had a tough time staying hard and it takes ages to cum. I was also very very late to puberty.
