1 month after circumcision and I’m still very sensitive!

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks since my surgery and I’m still unable to wear underwear. My penis head is very sensitive. I had phimosis my whole life and was never really able to pull back my foreskin. Although it has been getting better very slowly, the closer to the tip where I pee from the more sensitive it is. I literally can’t bare the sensitivity to put on underwear so I’ve been wearing a cup I made to wear over it to get dressed. Also all my stitches are still there and sticking out and there’s still swelling. Anyone have any tips? Will this sensitivity go down soon? Thanks

Stiches should have come out in first 2 weeks think you may have affection call your gp and ask him

Same situation as your before my op too.I’m on my 4th week now. My penis head is less sensitive now able to wear underwear. But is only the tip that is sensitive too.

Try applying coconut it will be better and wear a fitting underwear rather than boxer it helps!

You need the stitches out now! Also, the fact that you have been protecting it so much has not given it a chance to 'toughen up' to it's new state yet. I'm afraid it's a case of bite the bullet, the kinder you treat it the longer it will take - but it WILL get there I assure you. Good luck and enjoy your new toy
