It's been a week since my circumcision. Penis is swollen, leaking a clear liquid that smells. Penis feels very tender and sore.

I'm very new to all this but I am taking care of it after circumcision. Everything went perfectly fine up until about the 3rd/4th day after the circumcision when I got a hard on (randomly) and since it's been swollen to about double the size flaccid, leaking a clear liquid which smells and my penis just feels very sore and tender to touch. I have red lumps near the glans which are very very painful and discharge comes out. Not sure what to do.

Swelling after adult male circumcision is quite usual. The first couple of weeks are the worst.
