Little white spots

So i’ve always had these little spots under the foreskin, they’re in 2 different locations and they are in clusters, i’ve had them for as long as i can remember and well i’ve never had sex so i don’t think it could be an sti so i just wanna know if anyone knows what this is or has had a similar condition.

Sounds pretty normal ! Just like the other guy said! It's probably just fordyce spots, lots of guys have them and it's nothing to worry about, maby just have a look online and see if they look the same, otherwise just confirm with your doctor to be sure!

Could be Fordyce spots (which are very common, especially around the shaft and testicles, but also around the mouth). Sounds more like pearly penile papules though, or preputial glands (aka Tyson's Glands) if they're either side of the frenulum. Some doctors believe Tyson's Glands to be a form of pearly penile papules btw.

Sadly you're not allowed to post pics here, but you might be able to find something similar on the internet. If you've never had sex it's highly unlikely to be anything to worry about. In your position, I wouldn't bother seeing a doctor about it, especially since they're all so busy right now, but next time you see a doctor for anything else, you could ask them to take a look.

I remember when I was 14 panicking about this because I thought I'd given myself VD (as it was called then) from masturbating. Still got them now 35 years later
