White spots on the shaft

Hi folks,

I have noticed some white spots below the frenulum of my penis. I dont know if I had seen that many before but there are plenty of them that now raises some questions in my head regarding any STD or STI. Its not itching/ burning so far. Can someone help me out here if they have ever experienced such situation so far.

Sexual Health Clinic should definitely be your 1st stop, I do have the same and also on the foreskin when retracted, went to GP to start with and he said genital warts, Went to Sexual Health Clinic and they confirmed Fordyce spots, Same here not itchy or painful

See a doctor and get checked for STDs.What you describe seems to be Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules.

In either case, they are harmless.

Some men have them, others don't.

See a doctor anyway and get a definitive diagnosis for your own peace of mind.

Does it look like plucked raw chicken skin? If so I think they're harmless, I've had them since puberty and I'm 51 now. If it's something that just appeared it could be a dermatological reaction - have you changed soap or washing powder recently?
