elovera isn't the right cream, it's for burns mainly and will dry to a flaky crust. Try coconut oil as xsevenx suggested. It's cheap and available from food stores and pharmacies.

How can we know it. We don't use that cream here in Europe. How many days or weeks you have used it already? Maybe you should ask your local healthcare provider?

If I were you, I would try one of the "O'Keefe's" products. I know that they aren't necessarily made for penises, but they work EXTREMELY well. "O'Keefe's working hands" is something that you can try. That stuff is the absolute best moisturizer for skin that I am aware of. You should see results after the very first application, that's how good it is. I have personally used the O'Keefe's working hands on my penis and had zero negative side effects, so don't worry about the fact that it's not intended for genitals. Though it's not exactly the same type of skin as what's on the rest of your body, it's still skin and the product works GREAT to keep skin moisturized. Good luck!
