Since maybe 2 weeks my penis is more dry and looks kind of sketch ?? I went to pass ITSS test urine test and it was clear, is it maybe some kind of infection ? what you think? here is a picture ...no pain nothing ... with it just like not normal ?

If it gets any worse or sore or tight I would go to your GP and have it checked. try the coconut oil and see

Coconut oil is good but watch what you are washing with and always pull back and wash your bellend after use coconut oil over the full dick and head good luck

Maybe try applying petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to protect and moisturize. Are you able to make an appointment with a doctor?
