Hi guys, I’m 2 weeks post op from my circumcision and I believe things are healing well.

Originally I had just planned to get a circumcison, but when I woke up, the surgeons informed me that my pee hole was too small , so they had to perform a dilation in order to widen my meatal opening.

this has been causing me endless amounts of issues, still 2 weeks after my op it stings when I urinate, I am able to control the flow alot better now, however after passing urine It keeps leaking out after I finish throughout the day, and recently, after I finish urinating there has been bright red blood coming out of the opening which is really worrying me, I am so unsure what is normal as I cannot find much info about it anywhere.

I went to the GP a week ago where I had a urine test, and was told there was trace amounts of blood still in my urine, so I was prescribed anti biotic in case of UTI.

I have had dilatation done twice. It burned when urinating for quite some time and I had blood for a while as well. Your penis has been traumatized twice at the same time... Circumcision and dilatation. It needs some time to recover.

it might help to contact your surgeon to put your mind at rest.

Sorry to say, both procedures were carried out privately in London, my emails continued for a few months, unable to offer any explanation, washed his hands, stopped replying.Something seriously went wrong, the other Urologists unable to pinpoint the exact cause.

I had a turp for BPH and it was a while before it stopped hurting when I peed, 2 weeks doesn't sound too bad to me.
