Urethra and circ
You mean leading to shrinkage? Yeh fair point. The penis is such a complex organ.
I don't think that's going to happen on adult circumcision. How can it's even possible? Normal circumcision don't touch tube of urethra. If you are thinking of possible length loss, it normally is due to loss of loose skin.
You can see the anatomy of the penis here: verywellhealth.com/penis-an...
Male penis locates partly inside of your body. It's starts near the anus and prostate. Only part of it is visible. This is the part you normally measure. If there is not enough skin available from pubic bone to penis head. It does look like shorter on circumcised.
I see. Did this happen to you?
On some bladder and prostate operations the menbranous urethra needs to be dilated and sliced.
I mean lots of guys lose length with circ you think they are all crazy? It’s just reality
No, I never said that. It is reality to somebody. Like I said earlier if you have not enough skin between pubic hair and glans corona. Of course it does look like shorter than before. If the skin won't stretch enough on erect state, it can hurt and the appearance is shorten than before.
Normal adult circumcision don't violate the urethra itself. Part of outer layer of skin (shaft skin/outer foreskin) and mucosa (inner foreskin) are removed only.
I just wonder your explanation of injury on membranous urethra. Would it be due to local anaesthetic injection before the surgery.
It’s reality to everyone if they have before and after
