It’s been a month since my cut I think it healed well still abit swollen tho but this week theres has been some tears on my foreskin which hurt when i touch it or pull my skin back. The glans of my penis turn bright red or has some red spots on it. When I go shower sometimes it even stings. I can’t go to a doctor as I can’t drive or i’m very busy so What can I do? or how can I make the pain stop?

Redness and pain can indicate the onset of infection but you will need a doctor’s diagnosis. Perhaps you can make time for a consultation as you did for your circumcision.
