Sleeping position

I got circumciseda week ago. My penis head is septic which makes it difficult for me to keep the penis in an upright position. Another thing I struggling to keep it in one position. So is it okay to sleep naked?

I slept naked every night after my operation I had no issues mate. If it’s still got dressing on it will be ok otherwise ur sheets maybe marked.

My bandages were removed last week. Is it still to sleep naked

Like I say mate I did. I did get some stains on bedding off the weeping but it was ok.

That might work but you might also want to consider using an antibiotic cream.

Unless you see any obvious reason not to do so, it is always fine and actually beneficial to sleep naked. You may need a basic wrap of gauze over the wound itself simply to absorb any lymph or blood that seeps out, but otherwise enjoy being in bed as nature intended for us.
