A better sleeping position after circumcision!

Hi! So I had my circumcision yesterday, and yeah, this is prolly the worst month of my life, so my question is, what sleeping postion is the best when you had the circumcision? Coz I really find sleeping hard these days coz of the sensitivity of the penis

Dont sleep on ur stomach down.. lay down straight its quite difficult for 1 week later the wound will be healed a bit.. dont wear anything sleep naked let the complete airflow on the penis, it will help faster recovery, even other times be naked down while sitting or doing work.. for me its 9th day now.. recovery process going on.. Take antibiotics, dont take bath for 3 days till the bandage removing

I usually have whacky sleeping positions so take this with a grain of salt. Either the standard, on your back. or to either side doing the pharaoh with your penis resting on the bottom leg. Sounds weird ig but it worked for me.

I’m 1 week post circ as of today & the sleeping bit has possibly been the toughest part for me. Sensitivity has been problematic but not as bad as I feared.

I’m getting about 4-5 hours a night of sleep currently (used to get 7), mainly due to relentless erections through the night that seem to get stronger as the night goes on!

Only things I’ve found that help (a bit) are sleeping upright in a chair (reduces frequency) & using an ice pack (good for an hour until it warms up).

For hyper sensitivity use Vaseline petroleum jelly on the glands, thin layer only, don’t apply near to stitching or wounds (if you do use surgical gloves).

I’ve concluded there’s no easy fix all’s though, it’s just a tough initial 1-2 week period we all have to go through, but it will get better and pretty quickly, my hyper sensitivity has already improved at only day 7.
