I had my surgery 5 days back... It's irritation while erection... But I want to know how exactly staple removes... As while surgery my surgeon removed the silicon ring as I asked a lot of questions and he said it's more uncomfortable with ring .. so I can see staple pins all around it and on frenulum... And little swelling on right side which my doctor said it's because of blood circulation try fold the skin as you used to do before...
Little confused what to do

I am guessing you were circumcised with the ZSR device. These staples usually fall off over time. So please be patient.
Usually doctors who do adult circumcision using traditional methods apply bandage and some every apply a self adhering compression wrap over the fresh wound to keep the penis secure, away from over sensation and irritation as well as keeping it secure.
However you should consult your doctor and be patient. You will have swelling and some pain but that is normal for such procedures. And healing takes time. Usually takes 2-3 weeks for the wound to heal enough for the staples to fall and the authored to come off. And after that it still takes 5 weeks before you can start having penetrative sex. So approx 8-9 weeks.
You may also experience tight painful erections but that is normal and your body will adjust and geg comfortable with the change.
Yes it was zsr sorry for incomplete information ..and thank you yumtea... I understand your point, I was just worried that everyone had ring and I only have staples.... Also my oral drug dossages are over they were for 5 days only... Should I get more tabs inorder to increase my healing time...
So usually the doctors only prescribe painkillers for unbearable pain and some times antibiotic ointment to apply yo the scar/wound while it’s raw. So avoid the painkiller unless it’s very painful. Some doctors recommend trying something OTC like Tylenol for pain. And the antibiotic when you change your bandage.
Since frenulum has also been removed (which is a good thing) please bear in mind that frenulum scar is the most sensitive and takes the longest to heal.
Frenulum area definitely takes the longest to heal. If you have pain then standard non-prescription painkillers should help (paracetamol is better than ibuprofen). They won't deal with the increased sensitivity though whilst your glans adjusts to being uncovered. That usually takes a couple of weeks.
yesss the lower portion is paining slightly attached portion to the gland... i think it's due to dry skin.. btw do this gets septic due to normal water or toilet but toilet is sterile??
one more thing as you guys talked earlier about sos painkillers ... my doc recommended me with dologesic... so should i use the same as sos or should i use something else.. its just that i dont want to risk it...
It looks like brand name "Dolo 650" contains paracetamol 650 mg in one tablet. It is not contain nimesulide what I talked about earlier below. That's why it wound be better to tell what the medicine contains, not what is its brand name.
Yep. We have no medicines containing nimesulide on market since 2002 here in Finland, because of its high risk of liver damage. It was on market from 1997 and got 109 notice of different adverse reactions. 66 of those focused to damaged liver. We have only 5,5 M inhabitant.
Ohhhh... Dologesic contains antihistamines and acetaminophen... For pain And rutofine contain trypsin and some other for inflammation and swelling... Along wih antaacid and antibiotics
