Bit of skin on circumcision line

I’ve head a circumcision 8 weeks ago and all is basically healed. However, on the front there is a bit of red skin that is hanging on the scar line. During recovery that part was a stich that wouldn’t leave and I pulled at it and now it’s like this I think. Anyway I didn’t touch it however yesterday I tried to lightly move to see if it would fall off and it started flowing blood for a minute but the bleeding stopped then.

Sadly messing around with stitches and wounds is fraught with possible problems.

See your doctor about it.

Probably a skin tag. Your family doctor can treat it, They usually just tie them off with another stitch which cuts off the blood supply to it and it will then die and fall off

Hopefully it is this as it has gotten smaller and sort of just hanging on now.
