Day 21 post circumcision, skin rolling

Day 21 post surgery. When flaccid I used to have glans and shaft (3-4 in) before surgery but now can only see glans and doughnut like skin below it. The penis is pressed when I wear underwear, it looks like it goes in and the rolled skin covers almost the lower half of it, although the suture line is fine and no gaps, still have almost all my sutures, there is some swelling on top which has improved slightly but still there. What can I do to keep the glans from getting pushed in? tried to use bandage to keep it upright but the swelling on the top makes it uncomfortable. when I lie down the skin loosens up and penis elongates and the swelling is gone, bit worried as wearing underwear/sitting upright/walking is causing this. will the saline soak help?

Also I have almost all the stitches, do I wait for them to dissolve or remove them, a bit worried.

HELP.

Not sure what you mean for most of your message.Only thing I can help with is don't take the stitches out! They fall out naturally (dissolve) don't take them out yourself. You're 3 weeks in so you won't have to wait too much longer before they're all out, I still had a couple until week 6 so just be patient.

Sounds like a very loose circumcision which is fine if that's what you want. Are you a grower rather than a shower? If you are they need to leave a little more skin so it's not uncomfortable when erect.

Thanks for the reply mate. Yes I am a grower and my mind is at peace now. Erection is fine and no pain and the looseness goes away.

hey bro im on day 18 and still have most stitches in, i can see them getting smaller by the day. im still swollen so think im going to try some arnica tablets and start holding ice on it daily. hope all is going well for you

Most stitches fell after week 3 and the rest I removed as they were just hanging there having done their job. Ice seems like a good idea for swelling, trust me it gets better with time.

Hey bro I’m at 6 weeks and had about 50% of stitches left. I was worried so I went to the urologist and he said it’s fine and sometimes takes 2 months for stitches to fall. But since I was there and he check and it was all healed he said he’ll remove it so that I don’t keep worrying about it. So if you are worried go and have the urologist remove it after I’d say 4-6 weeks
