When to masturbate after zsr Circumcision

It's been 4 weeks since I got a zsr circumcision. Healing is going good except for the swelling which doctor said will persist for 5-6 months. It is usually recommend that it's safe to masturbate after 6 weeks post op. So I just wanted some assurance whether it truly is safe to masturbate after 6 weeks as the ring like swelling is still there. No discomfort as such but I just wanted to know whether I'll delay my healing or will the wound open if I masturbate 6 weeks post op

Hi, Check with your doc if the outer healing has completed fully. post that you can try it with baby oil/lube whichever you prefer. it will feel very tight in the initial attempts as the skin around the incision line gets stretched. Dont get worried by the swelling, it will subside over a period of weeks / months depending on your healing pace.

Whatever you do , first get the green signal from your doc !
