This can vary. You must be very careful not to disturb the cut area. I masturbated about two weeks after my second circumcision just by rubbing the glans penis. Depends on the state of your wound. I'm at day 20 now, masturbated on day 15/16 first time and then yesterday and today because I'm more relaxed about it. Please wait for atleast 21 days before masturbating. However the exact period depends on how long your body takes to heal. I healed completely within 17 days. So I masturbated on day 20 after the surgery. As a thumb rule, wait till all your stiches fall off and getting an erection no longer hurts.

I would say masturabtion is a lot better post-circumcision. I had phimosis, hence I had to undergo Circumcision. Before circumcision, I could never see my glans nor touch it. It is not advisable to do anything that deliberately induces an erection for at least 4 weeks after circumcision. The new skin at the join will be very thin and liable to tearing for at least this time and possibly up to 8 weeks

You MAY be able to gently masturbate after 4 weeks (provided all the stitches are out) as long as you don't touch the wound itself and are prepared to stop at once if you experience any pain or bleeding.

Intercourse should not be attempted for at least 8 weeks and then only with a condom to protect the newly forming skin.

Going too early may resolve your sexual urges, but can seriously set back the healing.

Well, Here's my advice. Do not engage in any serious activity before you're completely healed. I was really horny and did it on day 5 after the circumcision. It wasn't bad but had to do lot of work to earn some decent orgasm. And so on I did it on day 6 and 7 twice a day. On 8th day my penis head was bleeding like crazy. I was so scared and rushed back to the hospital. Fortunately there was no serious issues but I had to start over the healing process again. So here I am on day 3 again with more band aids around my penis. So please be patient. In the end everything will be worth it. This recommendation is given because your body needs time to heal. The healing is not just the external sutures and scar but also the internal healing which includes skin tissues below Yor skin, blood vessels, and nerves.

It’s recommended that you don't do anything to aggravate or stress the body that disturbs or delays the healing.

Most people get higher sensitivity on their glans after circumcision - this is normal due to the new exposure. And this enhances the sexual feelings along with the new added tightness in the shaft (which is a new feature for the newly circumcised individual). So the desire to play with your erect newly circumcised penis and masturbate is very normal. But it’s in your interest to avoid it.

Ways to avoid it include curl up (fetal position) yo reduce erections, and go pee to reduce sensitivity.
