Hi everyone, it’s been a long time since I last posted a detailed post 2 years ago. A lot happened such as covid etc and I wasn’t able to travel for the operation. However, this year I am all in and this year my Circumcision will take place.
On a good note I have had plenty of time to think about my decision.
I do have some questions though… if you could answer from experience that would be perfect.
1. So I will be getting a local anaesthetic which means I’ll be awake if you have been through this please explain your experience
2. What are the differences in masturbation after Circumcision and do you prefer it?
3. Is there a difference in orgasm such as feeling etc.
I’m trying to get as much information as I can from people who have experienced Circumcision so feel free to comment with any information or advice also.
Hey Brandon. I got cut for largely cosmetic reasons in October last year. Had a local anaesthetic - all totally fine. Jabs were not painful and I felt nothing in the surgery. Calm and really easy. Erections after are painful for a couple of weeks - I had glue and a just a couple of stitches. Masturbation - I need to use lube but it feels amazing. There are modern injections for local anesthesia, which would merely like tickling feel within blinking of eyes. The old injection would be a bit ant bite feel. The procedure will not be painful, instead you feel nothing. Post circumcision, my own experience, I didn't feel any pain instead a bit scare for bleeding as erections occurs ( trust me I had twice my circumcision and frenuloctomy for cosmetic and sexual pleasure only). So you just equip yourself with saline water for cleansing the wounds, saline water may heal the wound very effective in short time of period.
Since I had both uncut and cut orgasm experience, I would say that the orgasm after circumcision is way intense, 1000×'s, no words can describe it, especially when the circumcision is tightest one, and for this purpose solely, I had tightened my circumcision with revision and yeah I'm enjoyed the intense orgasm as a cut guy!
Most people who have been circumcised have had it done while they were awake with local anesthesia . You feel the pin prick of the first needle and after that it gets numb.
Depends on what procedure is being used. If it’s a new device like ZSR etc. which are bloodless then it’s not an issue, but if it’s the traditional cut and suture method then there is some visuals of blood cutting and suturing which some people can’t handle. If you are not queasy about looking at blood then you can look downwards (at the ongoing procedure) and even ask the doctor to show you or hold the mirror for you to see the details and underside. But most people are encouraged to look up at the ceiling and look away. Don’t wear a headphones as the doctor will not be able to talk to you when required.
Masturbation - How you self stimulate to attain orgasm has to be reinvented as your penis is different post surgery. You have to let the penis heal properly first to avoid external and internal trauma. Once it’s healed (after 8-9 weeks) you can start to slowly experiment to see what gives you pleasure and what will take you to orgasm. Don’t try the old ways cause you will just end up yanking your penile shaft which will affect how your penis feels and looks in the long run. Most people rub the shaft and the glans (the head) to get the sensation, arousal, and orgasm. It can feel a little frustrating in the beginning because it may take some time to achieve orgasm but you must be patient. Try using water based lube or plain coconut oil to avoid friction and chaffing of the skin.
Orgasms will feel different at first. The foreskin based orgasm feels more enveloping, but the orgasm post circumcision will feel more focused (on the ejaculation) and your ejaculations will be more intense. The ejaculations will be more like shooting out rather than spurting and oozing-out.
However, no two experiences are identical and the body changes and evolves. So be patient and see what works and what doesn’t work for you.
Well I had a General so can't comment on anaesthetic.The healing process will probably take about six weeks, could be sooner but do not rush it.
I found tight pants to keep things still helped reduce pain, salt baths for cleaning and shower spray later on to become accustomed to touch.
Masturbating is way different, you definitely need lube or I occasionally use a silky material for a change, it helps your hand slide around the shaft.
I found the experience better before I was cut but you will notice more intensity in your orgasm and ejaculation.
Sex is no different really, Wife was happy before, she happy now.
Oral is a strange one. Always great. Before the circ' it felt good with her lips over the whole shaft, now it is most intense with her lips just under the head. Never had orgasm by oral alone since the cut. Probably just me that one ?

I was very nervous about being circumcised at 60 due to recurrent balanitis. But I plucked up the courage to visit a clinic in Luton, which had good reports. I was to be circumcised under a local and then a traditional circumcision - cut and stitched and glue as done very tight. Note that I was too embarrassed to discuss this fully, or I may have asked for less tight, I will explain later.
The injections into my penis did not hurt, more than an initial pin prick, I was asked to lie down for the operation, while the doctor and nurse got on with what they needed to do, I did not feel a thing, and soon relaxed totally. It was rather odd as it were just like we had met for a chat, I remember the nurse saying I would feel a tugging sensation in my scrotum, when they pulled the skin taught ready for suturing, but not pain at all or after for that matter.
Yes there were the painful, but oddly amazingly stiff erections during the night for the first few weeks, till the stiches dissolved, then it was just tight erections, my penis due to the tightness of the circumcision did appear circa 5 cm shorter than before, this may be something you should not be embarrassed to discuss like I was.
Initially you glans is likely to be very sensitive - deliciously so, even the brush of some clothing, could almost trigger orgasmic feelings without ejaculation. Masturbation is not the same post circ, but when you find your way it will be still very satisfying and even better than before. I find can can last even longer than I used too, which is great fun. Yes lube will definitely help, as have tried without and can be painful and unfulfilling.
I would have gone for less tight, as it made my penis shrink at the time - which dick stress me, that said I like it tight now. I went to the Luton private clinic and saw a doctor Kahn - very good and reassuring, glue and 22 stitches, I think because tight, to put ring a botched shang ring circ.
Definitely felt weird the first few times and different but once I got used to it, it felt just as good before. Just make sure you wait the first 4-6 weeks before you do
I had my circumcision under local. Just felt the needles going in, and then nothing at all. I did not watch, thought I could have done had I wished. The surgeon chatted with me while working, and before I knew it, it was all done. I had surgical glue rather than stitches, which did help the healing process a great deal.
Masturbating was not that much different, as I'd kept my foreskin rolled back for years, so my glans was used to being exposed, and I'd always masturbated by rubbing the exposed glans. Having said that, the first post-circumcision one was epic! I think three weeks to the day after the op.
