So I am day 9 post circumcision first 5 days had a painful erections tight and sore during the nights and in the morning but seem to ease as the swelling went down so nothing too unusual,.
However in the last 2 days I haven’t seem to have any day time erections (obviously night time can’t really tell).
I had some bleeding around the stitches seems to scab over over might have knocked it yesterday without realising. I had had glue and stitches for the operation.
To my knowledge I think a vein had to be tied off during the op not to sure though.
But had an erection this morning but it didn’t seem to be anything over 50-60%. I want to make sure that this is normal.
I may be over reacting but what to make sure that nothing is serious.
Thanks in advance

There’s a period when your body associates erections with pain I believe. I stopped getting nighttime and morning erections for a while and full on 100% erections took a little while to return. I’m sure all will be well in a few weeks.
If night time erections become an issue (mine were), talk to your doctor. Pseudoephedrine has a side effect of reducing libido. I was taking 1 tablet a night and it gave me about 4-6hours of sleep without waking up in pain.
Other simple things that help are making sure you don’t drink anything after 6-7pm so you can go to the toilet before bed.
I just hit the 3 week mark, I needed to do this for about 10days. Also, I still haven’t had a full erection yet, but it has improved. Body is kinda slowly punching back out to test how far it can go each time without hurting. All of this is normal.
Try Vaseline to keep it all moist, makes clothes more comfortable and help healing.
I had phimosis and tight frenulum. When cricumcised, my doc left the frenulum intact. I am 8 months post surgery and still can't get a rock solid erection fit for penetration.
I saw my doctor and he gave me gelatian violet to apply but nothing good happened. I am now appying steroid cream as my frenulum appears to be restricting my erection.
The last resort would be to go for a secind surgery where my frenulum will be completely removed. I am unsure about the style of cut your doctor did but perhaps if its the same as mine than that may be the reason why you can't get erections.
Its still early days for you but from what is considered normal is that men usually get painful night erections after being circumcised. I never experienced that as my frenulum was left intact by my doctor.
My one was it was cut and re-stitched so hopefully it is all okay and like someone said just body associating it with pain atm but like most people have being saying it is probably to soon to worry
