12 days post circumcision. Bleeding issues

I believe I am at about 12 days after my circumcision. I had 2 or 3 stitches dislodge early at about 8 days and have had slow but steady bleeding from the area since. I called my doctors office and they said I just needed to apply pressure for a short while and stop taking the blood thinners I was mistakenly taking. It's been over 72 hours atleast since I've last taken a blood thinner and I've tried applying pressure with and without a cold pack and it hasn't helped. It's gotten to the point where I've had to use sports tape a clean cloth over the area in order to go to work and I'm concerned this is going to affect my healing process negatively.

Had the same issue. I was bleeding steadily for over 2 weeks, saw my doctor and he put another stitch in which still didn’t help. I would suggest to continue wrapping it in gauze with pressure. Try not to change gauze unless it has a lot of blood. It’s such a headache having to worry about bleeding, it’s almost like you feel like you can’t do anything bc of it but it will stop in time
