I am six weeks after my circumcision. I have not used my antibiotic for about a week now because all of my stitching have healed and everything seems to be healing very nicely. I just wanted to say that after going through several posts on this forum that the advice of using coconut oil for healing has been so effective for me and that I just wanted to thank everyone on here who suggested it because it really is making things heal pretty quickly or at least that’s what it seems like. My shaft skin around the cut line no longer feels extremely tight and everything seems to be pretty good. I did slightly masturbate a few days ago and I realize that it was not too good of an idea because although it felt really good the next day I was feeling a bit sore and I don’t want to hurt my guy and roll back the wound healing that I have have been doing so far. So I refrain from that and now I’m just continuing to apply coconut oil to the cut line and basically that’s what my post is mainly about is just to thank people for the coconut oil advice because I still don’t know the magic that it does but it seems to be super effect in healing!

I’m 1 week in after circumcision, I tried coconut oil and it made my hypersensitive glans even more sensitive so now I’m just using Vaseline , I’ll probably use coconut oil again once my sensitivity kinda reduces.
I hadn’t discovered this forum until about two weeks ago which was my fourth week done. Until then I had then using the antibiotic about three times a day without that I would not have been able to tolerate the tugging on the stitches or just a pain in general. When my last two stitches finally came out last week since then I have been applying coconut oil and I got to say that the healing is definitely really noticeable and rapid and the tightness as well has loosened up. I wouldn’t have been able to do it during the four weeks while I still have the stitches in so yeah I understand but this coconut oil is a godsend I haven’t had to worry about keeping it upright anymore now I take a shower and I go about things like usual.
I’m gonna try coconut oil again probably like after 1 more week, I still need to use Vaseline cuz Even the swollen parts are sensitive as it touches my skin
I know what you mean. The first four weeks for me were hell. There are people in this forum who seem to not be in as much pain, but like you I was super sensitive so I can relate. At the present day the pain has subsided completely, but Its still very sensitive. Now I’m making sure I continue with my healing for a better outcome in the long run
