my frenulum is short and can’t retract my foreskin completely and comfortably. Have been able to pull it back but there’s so much pressure on my glans and it becomes super sensitive.
What are my options other than a surgery? I’m just worried if surgery is complicated and healing can take long.
I don’t need a circumcision. If frenuloplasty is an option how has been the healing and any cons of it. ?

Frenuloplasty and frenulectomy are procedures to cure a short frenulum aka frenulum breve, when foreskin itself is not tight. They both are surgeries still. Have you already tested steroid cream and stretching? You need to talk with medical professionals what would be (one of) the best option to your situation.
The frenulum can be coaxed to grow. Grasping the ends and pulling to create tension if the easiest method. The key to success is to do that frequently every day. Four times for a couple of minutes each is ideal. Don’t give up.
Good to hear. Can u explain a little better how to do that? Sorry. How much time did it took for u to feel relaxed during an erection? I know everyone is different. Thank you very much
The method I’ve found effective is illustrated in this website: www,phimosisjourney.com. Plan on two months or more It will usually loosen sooner, but the skin takes time to grow, and you need to keep tension on it.
