I had a circumcision 3 weeks ago and the head of my penis is so sensitive and i still have my dissolvable stiches and i want to know if its normal to be sensitive and still have the stitches

Yes it is normal and that sound great i m also circumcision before 3 week i have still stitches which is dissolve later as doc say it start from 20 days to dissolve and it can be upto 90 days it is normal depends on body .. head of penis is mine also sensitivity it take time

Small small stitches comes out sometimes pick it when dressing at hospital

Yes. The sensitivity is normal and it took me the 8th week for the last two stitches to fall off. Try not to aggravate things - e.g. go running. Initially they will tell you to keep it upright - apparently that helps with the swelling. I did so initially. However after a certain point, I just wore loose boxers or nothing at all - honestly. It was just more comfortable.
