MY glans is hyper sensitive, after circumcision.

even in an underwear im walking like a penguin.

any tips? and how long will it take to become better

How long ago was your circ? Most guys circumcised for phimosis take 3-4 weeks to really normalize, but a few do report taking longer.

its been a week.

im dying to have a proper shower.

But the force of the water is too much

if you hold your hand over your penis under the shower and open your fingers slightly you can control the force of the water on the penis.

However, you should be aware that the more your glans is in contct with clothing, your hand, a washcloth or even a shower the faster your brain will learn to 'tune out' this sort of everyday contact as it does for the rest of your skin. Your problem is made worse by having had phimosis so that the glans had no prior experience outside of the foreskin. You now really just have to grin and bare it for a while.

After mine, i lightly wrapped it with gauze and wore tighter underwear to keep it in place.

I did something similar - wrapped mine in facial tissue for about 2 weeks. I didn't have phimosis, and I was a little surprised that I had as much sensitivity as I did. Part of mine though was the stitches getting snaggy on my underwear.

I always wear ice silk material underwear, snug fit but very soft and doesn't upset my glans.
