Penis no longer smooth when erect red bumpy, fishy smell, discharge when going flaccid. Penis head tends to be sticky

Been going on for about 6-8months now. Haven’t had sex in a year and have had two STI tests that have both come back negative. My urine is nearly always smelly (either of the food I’ve eaten or heavy pee smell). After ejaculating I have fluid leak out of me for up to an hour afterwards which started happening at the same time as the other symptoms. I used to have a very smooth shiny penis head but now when erect it is reddish /purple with sort of deep wrinkles and is not smooth at all. When flaccid it tends to take a dry appearance. The slit at the top of the penis is really always sore red looking and most of the time it stings a bit when I pee. Have been treated with several different creams for balantis. Not sure if this is related but when I poo I often notice there is visible mucus in the bowl with my stool. I do not use soap to clean my penis but my penis head seems to react to water and gets even more red and sticky when wet. I sometimes notice a fishy smell but not always, it comes with the penis wetness. I often notice moisture under my foreskin even after I have dried myself. I am due back at the doctors tomorrow. Any ideas what this could be or anything I need to ask about in particular ?

I had bloods done and nothing was said about diabetes

Request an HBA1C blood test, its a diabetes indicator. The doctor will probably take a swab from the glands of your penis for culture and ask for a urine sample. Also, it sounds like you may have a condition called blanitis. Hope yoy get it sorted!😁
