Why didn't the doctor suggest something?
You need a simple moisturiser with no fragrance. A pharmacist should be able to guide you.
A skin moisturizer is good enough. Also when you bathe you can massage the full penis and the glans (head) with a natural coconut oil (no perfumes or color).
Coconut oil works well for me.
