it sticks to my inner after it gets dry and it is very hard to remove it from the inner that time I'm starting to use petroleum jelly from this week

Would NOT use off the shelf talc because it contains perfumes and other chemicals that might irritate the incision. Get a NEW tube of Vaseline and use that.
