Has you met with that particular doctor and has he assessed your situation ? If you are unable to retract the foreskin even while flaccid , you may not be able to apply the Neosporin where it actually matters. Also if you can't retract even in flaccid , it is very difficult to prevent smegma collection . All the best !

Yes dr has himself suggested to apply neosprin in circular motion beneath foreskin with the help of earbuds, and i can see much smegma comes out on earbuds when i pullback it.

Are you putting the ear buds behind your foreskin and leaving them there?

No not leaving it, m applying neosprin in circular motion under the foreskin, although its tight but somehow i manage, and have seen much segma gets collected on earbuds when i pullback.

I suggest you to regularly clean under the foreskin as much as possible. Be careful not to use too much pressure or try to separate the foreskin from the glans if it is adherent. Also try to do this after a warm bath as warm water in itself might help dislodge smegma .Also you might want to try washing/rinsing as much as the glans you can see and as much as below the foreskin you can get with warm water , rinsing it thoroughly daily. Get as much smegma as you can each time and once you are done , dry yourself completely and using new ear buds , apply the Neosporin powder as instructed. Repeat this as such and don't try to pluck/force any part of the smegma out. In any adherent smegma wet it regularly and see if it dislodges with little pressure or else repeat . Hope this helps ! Take care !

Thanks brother 👍

While your doctor is treating any infection he thinks you may have, that is likely to be a recurrent problem without the ability to clean under there. When you have finished using the neosporin, perhaps you need to have a chat with him about your phimosis (tight foreskin) and how you can resolve that: nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/

He has suggested me for ferunoplasticity or circumcision, m waiting for the covid crisis to be over then after that will get this f. foreskin removed.

Great that all is planned to solve your phimosis. Take care.

for daily care, you can imitate filling air balloon with pump, you fill your penis with sterile saline water with nozzled bottle, clamping the opening of your foreskin onto nozzle and squeeze back and forth, let saline water flush the smegma out.

I don't know how to describe it, but maybe you can understand what I'm trying to say.

Can u share the materials links used for this process?

in reply toAshktcup

try searching amazon for "douching bag", or you can DIY using mineral water bottle, you just have to find the right nozzle. water bottle used by cyclist should work too.

Make sure you clean under the foreskin with a mild fragrance free soap like Dove. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry the area before returning the foreskin to its normal state. You may have to clean it twice a day.

Hi please read my comments, i could not stretch my foreskin whether flaccid or erect

in reply toAshktcup

You may need to undergo a circumcision. I suffered from Phimosis as well. I had it done 47 days ago and everything is already better for me.

Yes have to go, but due to covid have delayed it, until things get some better

in reply toAshktcup

Hey trust me I understand. I was supposed to get mine done in March and about a week before I was to undergo the procedure everything had been shut down. The hospitals were urged not to perform any procedures or surgeries unless they were life threatening and extremely necessary. I hands to suffer 2 additional months with Phimosis. Hang in there man. I’m here if your have any additional questions or concerns.

I'm not a doctor but.....

You can get a baby syringe the soft rubber kind. It's normally used for cleaning the baby's ears or nose.

Using warm water completely fill the syringe. Gently insert between your foreskin and the glans gently go as far in as you can and squeeze the water in as you go around the glans. Do this until there is no more smegma coming out. Then with the empty syringe squeeze air in to dry everything off. Once dried out put the neosporin in.

If after the irritation has cleared up you can try various methods to stretch your foreskin.

Just Google phimosis for instructions. This way if you want you can keep your foreskin.

If you still want a circumcision that's totally up to you.

The stretching process will take quite some time but there is no surgery required.

Your body your choice.

Good luck in your efforts.
