Glans is dry & Desensitized?

Hello everyone, I’ve noticed my glands tends to get very dry and is pretty much desensitized. The thing is I’m uncircumcised and my foreskin only covers maybe 1/4 of my glans... is this normal? I’ve been using this penile specific cream to try to help moisturize it but it doesn’t work. It’s been like this since I was 19 and I’m now 21. I’m 8 inches erect & 5 inches flaccid in length does that have anything to do w anything? Also, is there anyway of getting my sensitivity back? I usually last 25 min+ w a girl and never finish from oral either, it’s kinda stressful. Also, when I’m flaccid my glans looks wrinkly almost as if it’s kerantized

Foreskin covering a quarter of the glans is completely within normal limits in a uncircumcised man.

You can always try stretching your foreskin like the foreskin restoration techniques to regain full coverage. You have a large penis and it sounds like you have outgrown your foreskin. If you apply some coconut cream or Vaseline to your glans this should help to soften your glans and hopefully give you your sensation back.

Have you seen a doctor or dermatologist about this? If not then that might be a sensible way forward.

The skin coverage on the glans is not abnormal. You can try massaging the penis (including the glans/head) with natural oil such as coconut oil during shower/bath. Do not soap wash it away once you apply the oil. Consider washing before the oil application. I would also recommend giving your body (penis) a break from regular physical play. It’s necessary for the tissues to heal and the body to recuperate. Constant physical interaction reduces sensitivity.

Reducing the frequency of use also helps in the long term.
